Abstract
This dataset was supplied to the Bioregional Assessment Programme by a third party and is presented here as originally supplied. Metadata has been compiled by the Bioregional Assessment Programme based on known details at the time of acquisition.
A geodatabase containing ESRI raster layers attributed with aquifer parameters. The layers represented here include 2, 9, 18, 19 & 24 of the full set of 30 identified elsewhere in Gippsland data. Modelling has generated calibrated values for horizontal and vertical Hydraulic Conductivity and Specific Yield across the layers. The rasters have a cell size of 400m.
The specific yield layer presents the calibrated specific yield values used to calibrate the Gippsland Groundwater Model.
The vertical and horizontal hydraulic conductivity layers presents the calibrated values used to calibrate the Gippsland Groundwater Model.
Purpose
The purpose of the specific yield and hydraulic conductivity model layers is to present the range and extent of these parameter values across the model layer
Dataset History
Specific yield and hydraulic conductivity values were derived from model calibration of the Gippsland Groundwater Model.
