ASRIS soil types for the Clarence-Moreton bioregion.

Abstract

The dataset was derived by the Bioregional Assessment Programme from ASRIS data provided by the CSIRO. The source datasets are identified in the Lineage field in this metadata statement. The processes undertaken to produce this derived dataset are described in the History field in this metadata statement.

This layer (ESRI Shapefile) contains polygons with soil attributes (SOIL, ASC_ORDER) extracted from the Australian Soils Resource Information System using the Clarence-Moreton spatial extent.

Dataset History

The polygons were extracted from the Australian Soils Resource Information System using a spatial intersection with the Clarence-Moreton bioregion spatial extent.

The shapefile used for intersection is: GUID = e414b1b3-c42e-42e9-9cc4-2093054aa35f
