Interpreted land use within the Pedirka Basin based on the land ownership category.
Purpose
To provide information pertaining to dominant land uses across the Pedirka subregion.
Dataset History
Derived through the Northern Territory Government, Department of Lands, Planning and the Environment www.ntlis.nt.gov.au., as follows; The landuse layer was established as a subset of the Digital Cadastral Database of the Northern Territory. The cadastral layer has been classified according to Owner Category, which is used as a proxy for landuse.
