Abstract

Forecasting future energy resource development and impacts requires a review of current technology and the possible innovations to be realised and utilised in the future. Focusing specifically on acquisition of seismic surveys, this report provides (1) a literature review on future seismic acquisition technology (2) a literature review of seismic survey impact mitigation case studies and (3) discussion on future seismic surveys specific to the Cooper Basin.Martinez, C (2020) A review of land seismic survey technology and mitigating environmental impact.
