This dataset comprises the UN-PROCESSED current meter data collected from the WEPOCS moorings during July 1985 - February 1986. There are 3 moorings with 12 current meters represented in this dataset. The mooring names are "Equatorial Surface Mooring" (six instruments), "St. Georges Channel Mooring" (three instruments), and "Vityaz Strait Mooring" (three instruments. Parameters typically recorded in current meter data comprise east-west and north-south velocity components, water temperature, pressure, and salinity at a nominal depth for each current meter. The data have NOT been processed and are archived as part of the holdings of the CMR Data Centre in Hobart.
