Updated 04/10/2025

A second-pass state-wide assessment of erosion and inundation hazards resulting from future climate change scenarios to inform the inception of the Victorian Coastal Monitoring Program in 2017. Anticipated Sea Level Rise (SLR) and Storm Surge (STM) information was based on a baseline from 2009 (0cm), and projected to 2040 (20cm), 2070 (47cm) and 2100 (82cm) using Global Climate Change Models and their applied Recommended Concentration Pathways (RCP 4.5 or RCP 8.5) emission scenario outputs.
