Samples from 37 bores were submitted by the Director of Mines, Adelaide, for micropalaeontological examination. Two of these bores were put down in the plains to the north of Adelaide and the remainder in the area to the south of the city. A short account of the stratigraphic sequence and detailed descriptions of the bore samples are given in this report.
