Primary Health Networks (PHN) concordance files

The following concordance files are provided for people undertaking geospatial and data analysis and have been updated to reflect the reconstructed PHN digital boundary file (based on 2021 ASGS) and the 2021 Census population data (as the weighting unit). These files replace the previous 2017 concordance files that were weighted using 2016 population data.
