Potential Flood areas for all Hobart catchments.  METHODOLOGY: Modelled Flood Areas - 2100 1% Annual Exceedance Probability (Modelled areas of all Hobart waterways including Hobart, New Town and Sandy Bay rivulets and minor drainage lines). Additional areas may be subject to flooding. Site specific investigation may be required for each property.
