Abstract

The dataset was derived by the Bioregional Assessment Programme from multiple source datasets. The source datasets are identified in the Lineage field in this metadata statement. The processes undertaken to produce this derived dataset are described in the History field in this metadata statement.

This dataset contains a shapefile of interpreted basement fault lines.

Dataset History

The dataset was derived by the Bioregional Assessment Programme from Galilee QDEX - Queensland Digital Exploration Reports: Interpreted Seismic Sections v01 source dataset and Phanerozoic OZ SEEBASE v2 GIS dataset.

It was created using the sourced georeferenced tiffs and the Phanerozoic OZ SEEBASEv2 dataset in an Arcmap editing session to create line shapefiles of the faults displayed on the referenced tiffs.
