Abstract

The dataset was derived by the Bioregional Assessment Programme from multiple source datasets. The source datasets are identified in the Lineage field in this metadata statement. The processes undertaken to produce this derived dataset are described in the History field in this metadata statement.

Chloride deposition over the Sydney Basin extracted from the dataset: Australian 0.05º gridded chloride deposition v2, GUID: c1649bd7-227f-41ff-9964-b55479bef640

Purpose

The chloride deposition over the Sydney Basin is used as an input into the estimation of groundwater recharge using the chloride mass balance method.

Dataset History

This dataset has been clipped to the Sydney Basin boundary from the national coverage.
