A Seadata TDR and an Aanderaa WLR were secured to the structure of the Yongala wreck in two consecutive deployments.Deployment Details:Deployment 1Instrument: TDR #195Instrument depth: 18mSampling interval: 30 minutesDate deployed: 03/11/1984Date recovered: 22/01/1985Deployment 2Instrument: WLR #425Instrument depth: 18mSampling interval: 30 minutesDate deployed: 22/01/1985Date recovered: 06/05/1985 This study was initiated to:1. gain an understanding of the circulation of water in Bowling Green Bay2. complement concurrent studies by AIMS scientists researching the ecology, nutrient regime and trophodynamics of the coastal boundary of the Great Barrier Reef lagoon.
