Project Description To; assess the diversity of Symbiodinium within the tissues of host invertebrates, expand our understanding of the tolerance ranges of these reef invertebrates, assess whether symbiont diversity from these species differs dramatically from their Pacific and Western Indian Ocean counterparts, assess the level of connectivity along the WA coast as well as ocean-wide.
