This record is an overview entry for biological data collected on Southern Surveyor cruise SS 03/98. This cruise took place in the Gulf of Carpentaria and Arafura Sea during 22 September - 20 October 1998, under the leadership of John Salini. Biological data collected on this cruise include Roxann and EK 500 acoustic data to help discriminate bottom environments, samples from dredges and grabs and abiotic data. Sea snakes were also collected from trawls.
