Year on which the application effectively filed in Australia.
registered_year numeric granted year

Year on which the trade mark application was sealed/granted/registered.
applicant_count numeric applicant count

The number of applicants associated with the application.
australian text is Australian

Indicator depicting if at least one applicant is Australian. Possible values:

  • True
  • False
foreign text is foreign

Indicator depicting if at least one applicant is not Australian. Possible values:

  • True
  • False
entity text is entity

Indicator depicting if at least one applicant is an entity. Possible values:

  • True
  • False
non_entity text is non-entity

Indicator depicting if at least one applicant is not an entity. Possible values:

Current status of the application. Possible values:

The number of NICE classification associated with the application.
class_code numeric NICE class

Class that the goods/services description refers to. Possible values:

  • between 1 and 45 represent the NICE class if the application only has one classification
  • 0 if there are more than one classifications
