Type of actual trade mark. Possible values:

lodgement_date timestamp lodgement date

Date on which the application was lodged.
filing_date timestamp filing date

Date on which the application effectively filed in Australia.

The first date of filing of a trade mark application, anywhere in the world.
registered_date timestamp

Date on which the trade mark application was sealed/granted/registered.
renewal_due_date timestamp renewal due date

Date on which the registration is due for renewal.
priority_number text priority number

Trade mark number if the trademark was originally registered in a foreign country.
priority_country_code text priority country

Country where the original application was lodged.
court_orders_ind text is court oders pending

Indicator depicting if court orders are pending. Possible values:

  • True
  • False
ir_number_notify_date timestamp international registration number notify date

Date on which IP Australia was notified of the international number (IR number).
madrid_application_ind text is filed through Madrid system

Indicator depicting if the application was filed through Madrid system. Possible values:
