This layer shows the areas reachable within a 60 minute travel time from the primary office locations of Environment Services Business Unit (ESBU) staff. This layer was created to aid response planning for High Pathogenicity Avian Influenza (HPAI). Service locations are broken into three intervals; 0-15min, 15-30min and 30-60min. Origin locations for the service time polygons can be found in the layer 'HPAI ESBU service locations'.
