The broadscale distribution of flora (lichens, mosses, non-marine algae)and fauna (penguins, flying birds, seals)in the Stillwell Hills was mapped using gps technology. Samples of flora were collected for taxonomic identification.

Data have been recorded and catalogued in shapefiles.
