Use this app to compare the 1% AEP food depth in our updated mapping (released Feb 2025) as compared to the previous available mapping (dated 2014-2016)The Moreton Bay Region includes different landscapes and terrain which may be impacted by different types of flooding. Council recognises that it is not possible to eliminate all flooding however, by checking Council’s flood maps and making yourself aware of the likelihood and potential impacts of flooding in your local area you can reduce the risks. If you want to find out more about Council's flood maps view the things to know about flood maps fact sheet.
