Best Practice, Policy and Guidelines for Spatial and Hosting Portals

This guide outlines the policies, best practices, and mandatory requirements for publishing spatial data and content to Spatial Services’ ArcGIS Enterprise Portals. This includes the Beta (Test) and Production environments of the Spatial Hosting Portal (SHP) and the Spatial Collaboration Portal (SCP). It supports effective content sharing, management, and governance across NSW government agencies who contribute data to the NSW Spatial Digital Twin (SDT) via the SHP or SCP.

This document is a dynamic document and will be updated to reflect any changes in policy, guidelines or architecture.
