The Bush Fire Prone Areas designated on 13/12/2025 dataset (OBRM-025) highlights new additions to the bush fire prone areas of Western Australia as designated by the Fire and Emergency Services (FES) Commissioner on 13 December 2025.

This dataset supersedes the Bush Fire Prone Areas 2024 datasets (OBRM-021 and OBRM-022).

For these areas, additional planning and building requirements may apply to development on and from 13 April 2026.

This overlay should be used in conjunction with Bush Fire Prone Areas 2025 (OBRM-024) dataset, which identifies all bush fire prone areas of Western Australia as designated by the Fire and Emergency Services (FES) Commissioner on 13 December 2025.
