This report presents new bulk density and magnetic susceptibility data on core samples from 23 legacy drill cores collected at the Northern Territory Geological Survey core repository in Darwin in October 2024. These data form part of of a broader drill core analytical program undertaken within the Birrindudu Deep Dive region, including drill holes from the McArthur Basin. The Birrindudu Deep Dive covers multiple geological provinces of varying age and assesses their potential to support economically sustainable resources, agriculture, and social outcomes for regional and remote communities. This project is delivered under the Resourcing Australia’s Prosperity initiative, which supports Australia’s long‑term resource security and transition to net zero by 2050 by providing enhanced pre‑competitive geoscience data, scientific analysis and decision‑support tools to underpin resource exploration and the responsible management of Australia’s resources.
