Shark Bay Ecosystem Research Project

Researchers from Florida International University and Simon Fraser University have visited Shark Bay, Western Australia from 1997 to present to collect data on tiger sharks, other sharks, dugongs, marine turtles, sting rays, sea snakes, seagrass beds, dolphins, fish and Pied Cormorants, to determine how this community of animals is influenced by one another and to generate predications about how this and other marine communities might be affected by humans.
