Updated 09/08/2023

Summer (December to February) average temperature anomaly of daily maximum temperatures (annual average of the monthly mean daily maximum temperature deseasonalised by the summer mean for 1971–2000) smoothed with a 5-year running mean for Mawson (left-hand scale) and Macquarie Island (right-hand scale). Note that the scales have the same range, but are offset by 3 °C for clarity.
