The PFRP Strategic Reserve Design (SRD) Scenario 07-03 is a set of potential conservation reserves on private land for forest communities, old growth forest and priority species of flora and fauna. The SRD Scenario 07-03 is the output of an iterative area selection algorithm designed to postulate the optimum configuration of reserves on private land that might be pursued by the Private Forest Reserves Program, within the limitations of mapped and other data sources incorporated into it. Scenario 07-03 is the currently adopted SRD scenario and comprises an ESRI shapefile of approximately 9,400 polygons ranked and grouped according to the conservation significance assigned to them through the SRD process.
