The Sewer Points dataset forms part of the Launceston City Council Detail Survey Database (LCC DSDB). The purpose of this dataset is to give a general indication of LCC maintained sewer points. The data has been compiled over a number of years and has been based upon the hand digitising (1:500 hardcopy plans), aerial photogrammety (1:5000 aerial photographs) and field survey work for the Sewer Line data. The sewer point dataset can be directly related to the sewer line dataset that is also avialable. Other datasets included in the LCC DSDB are buildings, drainage, fences, pavement, stormwater lines, stormwater points, water lines and water points.
