The Register is maintained by the Tasmanian Heritage Council under the Historic Cultural Heritage Act 1995.  
This layer is a spatial representation of places entered in the Tasmanian Heritage Register, and not a formal version of the Register.  For formal confirmation of the status of an entry in the Register please contact Heritage Tasmania.
