List stations near another station

Provides a list of stations near the specified station. No username or password is required.

Available variables
- station (required): The Bureau of Meteorology numerical code identifying the station of interest.
- radius (required): The distance in kilometers.
- sortby (optional): The field in which to sort the results by. The values should be one of name, code or dist.

Example
The example is querying stations within a 100 km radius of station 30068; the user should substitute the station and search radius as required.
