The hydrologic\nmodel combines rainfall information with local catchment characteristics to\nestimate runoff hydrographs.\n\u2022 A hydraulic model to convert runoff hydrographs into water levels and velocities\nthroughout the study area. The model simulates the hydraulic behaviour of the\nwater within the study area by accounting for flow in the major channels as well\nas all the potential overland flowpaths, which develop when the capacity of the\nchannels is exceeded. It relies on boundary conditions, which include the runoff\nhydrographs produced by the hydrologic model and the appropriate downstream\nboundary level from Lake Macquarie.", "num_resources": 1, "num_tags": 9, "organization": {"id": "562b02c8-2299-4dbb-bb1f-bd156bb34470", "name": "data-nsw", "title": "Data.NSW", "type": "organization", "description": "Harvester for Data.NSW", "image_url": "", "created": "2025-06-23T12:29:01.341357", "is_organization": true, "approval_status": "approved", "state": "active"}, "original_harvest_source": {"site_url": "https://data.nsw.gov.au/data/", "href": "https://data.nsw.gov.au/data/dataset/nsw-fdp-stony-creek-flood-study-december-2005-report", "title": "DataNSW"}, "original_name": "nsw-fdp-stony-creek-flood-study-december-2005-report", "owner_org": "562b02c8-2299-4dbb-bb1f-bd156bb34470", "private": false, "promotion_level": "0", "remote_last_updated": "2025-12-17 02:29:04.103865", "spatial": "{\"type\": \"Point\",\"coordinates\": [147.0179,-32.1618]}", "spatial_coverage": "New South Wales (NSW81093)", "state": "active", "temporal_coverage_from": "2022-02-02 23:16:01.794859", "temporal_coverage_to": "2005-12-01 00:00:00", "title": "Stony Creek Flood Study", "type": "dataset", "unpublished": false, "url": "", "version": null, "resources": [{"cache_last_updated": null, "cache_url": null, "created": "2025-12-17T02:29:04.219004", "datastore_active": false, "datastore_contains_all_records_of_source_file": false, "format": "HTML", "hash": "", "id": "25e4220b-43cf-499d-8f1b-18929511ac3d", "last_modified": null, "metadata_modified": "2025-12-19T15:52:19.357831", "mimetype": null, "mimetype_inner": null, "name": "Stony Creek - Flood Study December 2005", "package_id": "e7b8932e-db42-4f33-8fc9-f2618f79cddb", "position": 0, "resource_type": null, "size": null, "state": "active", "url": "https://flooddata.ses.nsw.gov.au/dataset/0f881fd9-efe6-4078-8196-604cfec1f10c/resource/544bb578-9b38-4eb7-aec1-2cfd88c9d19d", "url_type": null, "zip_extract": false}], "tags": [{"display_name": "Awaba", "id": "5ff901e2-63a1-4161-9784-1a81b850c9d4", "name": "Awaba", "state": "active", "vocabulary_id": null}, {"display_name": "Blackalls Park", "id": "c6e24341-5ff4-4309-864b-231ea5a6d3c1", "name": "Blackalls Park", "state": "active", "vocabulary_id": null}, {"display_name": "Freemans Waterhole", "id": "0d08b30e-bac7-4254-8d27-e6368f81fdcb", "name": "Freemans Waterhole", "state": "active", "vocabulary_id": null}, {"display_name": "Lake Macquarie", "id": "a52c79c9-ceed-47a0-b5d9-2a7f3720f308", "name": "Lake Macquarie", "state": "active", "vocabulary_id": null}, {"display_name": "Stony Creek", "id": "aa50b7f1-ee07-4a16-bd54-1f872ddfa4c4", "name": "Stony Creek", "state": "active", "vocabulary_id": null}, {"display_name": "Swansea", "id": "a4fad795-89d5-4a30-b3b0-ecc88a570f78", "name": "Swansea", "state": "active", "vocabulary_id": null}, {"display_name": "Toronto", "id": "1c3533b1-0c6c-472f-bdff-e2d4600db137", "name": "Toronto", "state": "active", "vocabulary_id": null}, {"display_name": "hydraulic model", "id": "5ea1bf91-c991-4e1b-808e-2528b9741aa5", "name": "hydraulic model", "state": "active", "vocabulary_id": null}, {"display_name": "hydrologic model", "id": "306ddc3f-3866-4055-8fd7-0e4cd32a2a1a", "name": "hydrologic model", "state": "active", "vocabulary_id": null}], "groups": [], "relationships_as_subject": [], "relationships_as_object": [], "extras": [{"key": "harvest_object_id", "value": "eaa32db0-ab7a-452a-adc0-188de2b31ddb"}, {"key": "harvest_source_id", "value": "9ebac586-8e51-4904-9f6c-d9b79726659a"}, {"key": "harvest_source_title", "value": "DataNSW"}]}}
