Sea-Bird-supplied calibration factors were used to compute the pressures and preliminary conductivity values. CSIRO-supplied calibrations were applied to the temperature data. The data were subjected to automated QC to remove spikes and out-of-range values.\nYoyo CTDs were undertaken at some stations, where CTD casts were performed consecutively at the same station to observe changes in the water column, without bottles fired or water samples taken. These casts were calibrated for conductivity and oxygen as per the calibrations determined from the samples taken throughout the voyage.\nAltimeter, PAR, chlorophyll-a, and Turbidity sensors were also installed on the auxiliary A/D channels of the CTD. A Lowered ADCP (LADCP), MicroRider, two Moana sensors and SVX2 Sound Velocity probe were also mounted on the CTD rosette for some casts. These additional instruments acquired data separately and are not included in the CTD datasets.\nThe collected data were processed (quality-controlled), and subsequently archived by the CSIRO National Collections and Marine Infrastructure (NCMI) Information and Data Centre (IDC).\nAdditional information regarding this dataset may be contained in the Voyage Summary and the Data Processing Report.",
