The flood damages data base (a description of all residential and\nbusiness properties in the Middle Brook, Kingdon Ponds, Parsons Gully and Figtree\nGully floodplains) is described, together with the community consultation strategy\nutilised in this study, and the results of the community questionnaire.\n\n<strong>Chapter 4</strong> presents the assessment of flood behaviour within Figtree Gully which was\ncarried out within the study.\n\nA description of recent flood history, flood behaviour and the impacts and potential\ndamage caused by floods is provided in <strong>Chapter 5</strong>. <strong>Chapter 6</strong> provides an overview\nof floodplain management including existing management measures, the selection of\nthe flood planning level and funding. <strong>Chapter 6</strong> also details the methodology used for\nthe assessment of floodplain management options.\n\nThe range of floodplain management options that was examined for the Scone district,\nas part of this study, is described in <strong>Chapter 7</strong>.\n\n<strong>Chapter 8</strong> outlines the Floodplain Management Plan for Scone, summarising the\nrecommendations of the study.\n\nA full list of references is provided in <strong>Chapter 9</strong>.
