TimeCapsule started life as an award winning entry in GovHack 2015.  It is being trialled through the City of Ballarat's Ballarat East Local Area Planning process to gather important information about the places people value in their local areas.

TimeCapsule is inspired by UNESCO's Historic Urban Landscape movement.
