This layer is a guidance map only and may be subject to future minor modifications to refine the data.
The Utilities Zone in draft Local Provisions Schedules is to be applied in accordance with the Guideline No. 1 – Local Provisions Schedule (LPS): zone and code application: http://www.planning.tas.gov.au/news/news_items/guidance_for_drafting_lps. The Utilities Zone will be subject to public exhibition, public hearings and assessment by the Tasmanian Planning Commission prior to finalisation.</gco:CharacterString>
