These parameters include: Secchi depth and total depth; surface and bottom pH, salinity, temperature, dissolved oxygen, light attenuation coefficients (calculated from irradiance and depth), total nitrogen, total phosphorus, chlorophyll a, phaeophytin, ammonium, nitrate-nitrite, filterable reactive phosphate and silicate.
