This dataset was derived by the Bioregional Assessment Programme from the National Groundwater Information System dataset (GUID:e157b1cd-3cb7-4cf9-a13c-a6bed576b8c7). The source dataset is identified in the Lineage field in this metadata statement. The processes undertaken to produce this derived dataset are described in the History field in this metadata statement.


This dataset contains a database of groundwater information for the state of Victoria, extracted from the National Groundwater Information Systems (NGIS) on 21st March 2014.

This database was created using ArcGIS 10.1 to select where State equals Victoria  (\[StateTerritory\] = 'Vic') from the National Ground Water Information System (NGIS) 21-March-2014
