                <gco:CharacterString>This report provides statistics on the extent (area in hectares) of DBCA-managed lands in each IBRA sub-region.  Proportion values are also provided.  The statistics are broken down into DBCA tenure categories with sub totals also provided.  Also included in the reporting, as of 2012, are statistics on some other IUCN lands not managed by DBCA.  These lands include DBCA and National Trust Conservation Covenants.  Maps are also available to graphically show the proportion of each IBRA sub-region protected for conservation. This report is updated annually.
