Number of customer complaints received in the Department of Agriculture and Fisheries, now named the Department of Primary Industries, and those that required further action and no further action.

Note 2020–21 data: To provide more meaningful data to DAF and the public, a new definition of “further action” and “no further action ” was applied in 2020–21, which resulted in a fluctuation in data.
