This dataset and its metadata statement were supplied to the Bioregional Assessment Programme by a third party and are presented here as originally supplied.


Location of all current Production Licences issued under the Petroleum and Geothermal Energy Act 2000 (the P&amp;GE Act supersedes the Petroleum Act 2000), Petroleum (Submerged Lands) Act, 1982, or Petroleum (Submerged Lands) Act, 1967 for the regulated resource or commodity of petroleum. Production Licences provide exclusive tenure rights to produce for the regulated resource or commodity of petroleum for an unlimited term (usually 21 years).


Available format: ESRI Shape, MAPINFO Tab, Google Earth KMZ and WMS/WFS.
