                <gco:CharacterString>## **Abstract** 

The dataset was derived by the Bioregional Assessment Programme from the 'CLM - Walloon Coal Measures Isopach thicness scanned image' dataset. The source dataset is identified in the Lineage field in this metadata statement. The processes undertaken to produce this derived dataset are described in the History field in this metadata statement. 


This dataset consists of a GIS shapefile of polylines containing isopach contours representing the thickness of the Walloon Coal Measures within the NSW area of the Clarence-Morton bioregion.

## **Purpose** 

To depict the various thickness contours for the Walloon Coal Measures in the NSW area of the Clarence-Morton bioregion.

## **Dataset History** 

The isopach contours were digitised on-screen within ArcGIS v10.1 from the rectified tif image contained in the dataset      GUID = 02c18a51-61e7-4a20-9edf-bd0138e5002a.
