This dataset and its metadata statement were supplied to the Bioregional Assessment Programme by a third party and are presented here as originally supplied.


This dataset is a polygon of the the Hunter West Muswellbrook mine assessment area.

## **Purpose** 

This dataset is a polygon of the Hunter West Muswellbrook assessment area to be used to show the location and extent of the assessment area on maps.

## **Dataset History** 

This dataset of the 'Hunter West Muswellbrook mine Assessment area' was digitised from Figure 1-2 (page 24) from the publicly available report from the website here:

The image of the figure was georeferenced using two river junctions in the Assessment area as control points. 

The outline of the Assessment area was digitised from the image as a polygon shape file and saved in ArcGIS v10.2 format on 12 May 2017.
