The dataset was derived by the Bioregional Assessment Programme from multiple source datasets. The source datasets are identified in the Lineage field in this metadata statement. The processes undertaken to produce this derived dataset are described in the History field in this metadata statement.


This layer is the extent of regions for the Bioregional Assessments of the impacts of coal seam gas and coal mining development on water resources published in the Office of Water Science Map in January 2013. The map &amp; constituent layers were developed by the Federal Department of Environment &amp; Heritage (ERIN).


This polygon layer is not topologically correct &amp; does not reflect more recent changes outlined in Decision Papers presented to &amp; approved by the Bioregional Board

## **Dataset History** 

This dataset was originally derived from the Coal Basins layer (Geoscience Australia) with Natural Resource Manangement boundaries and Catchment Management Authority boundaries.
