Some do not have any co-ordinates but have been assigned to an SDL and so are included in the SDL summary data. (also attached). \n\n2) confidence in completeness - yes it includes all licenses (data taken from the water register) \n\n3) Yes - data can be used as its all publicly available information (water register, land parcel data, etc).
