NOTE: LARGE FILE SIZE ~687 GB.\u00a0The dataset contains the output flood depth TIFF files, extracted and converted from the Hydrodynamic model of the Cooper Creek floodplain for the Queensland extent of the model. The outputs from the hydrodynamic modelling which include daily estimates of surface water elevation, water depth and velocities for each mesh element for all the historical flood events used are found in the main dataset. The full details about the modelling (model setups, inputs and outputs) are described in details in the Cooper flood modelling report.\u00a0This is a large dataset and may take several hours to several days to download depending on internet connection speed.\n\n\n## **Attribution** \nGeological and Bioregional Assessment Program\n\n\n## **History** \nQueensland model outputs extracted from the Hydrodynamic model of the Cooper Creek floodplain. The model setup includes model mesh and all related setup files, inputs include rainfall, potential evapotranspiration, LiDAR DEM, river and water holes bathymetry, classified Landsat images for the flood events used, soil characteristics, vegetation characteristics, observed streamflow at the upstream gauges and ungauged inflows along the model domain boundaries estimated using a regionally calibrated rainfall-runoff model.", "num_resources": 1, "num_tags": 1, "organization": {"id": "69f37b4c-bdf0-4c85-bd56-82fa6d6b087a", "name": "bioregional-assessment-program", "title": "Bioregional Assessment Program", "type": "organization", "description": "The Australian Government's bioregional assessments programs are a collaboration between the Department of Agriculture, Water and the Environment, the Bureau of Meteorology, CSIRO and Geoscience Australia. There are two separate programs of bioregional assessments.\r\n\r\nThe Bioregional Assessment Program (2012 - 2017) seeks to better understand the potential impacts of coal seam gas and large coal mining developments on water resources and water-related assets. It is one of a number of actions undertaken by the Australian Government to strengthen the science underpinning decision making on coal seam gas and large coal mining developments.\r\n\r\nThe Geological and Bioregional Assessment Program (2017 - 2021) assessed the potential impacts of shale and tight gas development on water and the environment.
