The alluvium cover has not been included as it is considered to be transparent to movement of water.\nThere are six layers in the Paleogene-Neogene cover data set.\nA: Cover extent\nB: Paleogene/Neogene Volcanics cover extent\nC: Outcrop extent\nD: Isopach raster\nE: Isopach contours\nF: Location of data points\nThe datasets have been derived from the lithostratigraphic intercepts in drillhole data from petroleum exploration wells, water bores, and stratigraphic wells. Seismic correlation and assessment of hydrogeological character based on electrofacies have not been used.
