This data set was collected by the FAIMMS Great Barrier Reef Sensor Network and contains data from the following sensor deployments: \n\nThere have been 3 deployments for the Water Temperature data set.\n\nInstrumentation was deployed for measuring Water Temperature at 0.6m  from 29 Aug 2009 through to 07 Jun 2010, and the installation was located at/on Orpheus Island Sensor Float 1 Latitude:-18.60905 - Longitude:146.4879. Sensor deployed was a OTI: RP1:Thermistor String: Thermistor 1 (top) manufactured by Measurement Engineering Australia, model MEA 2173. The following comment was recorded regarding this deployment - 'Surface thermistor on SF1 at Pioneer Bay, Orpheus Island'.\n\nInstrumentation was deployed for measuring Water Temperature at 0.6m  from 07 Jun 2010 through to 22 Oct 2011, and the installation was located at/on Orpheus Island Sensor Float 1 Latitude:-18.60905 - Longitude:146.4879. Sensor deployed was a MEA2173 SDI-12 Smart Temperature Sensor manufactured by Measurement Engineering Australia, model MEA2173.
