This data set was collected by the FAIMMS Great Barrier Reef Sensor Network and contains data from the following sensor deployments: \n\nThere have been 2 deployments for the Water Temperature data set.\n\nInstrumentation was deployed for measuring Water Temperature at 0.6m  from 13 Aug 2010 through to 23 Feb 2012, and the installation was located at/on Lizard Island Sensor Float 2 Latitude:-14.694067 - Longitude:145.45705. Sensor deployed was a MEA2173 SDI-12 Smart Temperature Sensor manufactured by Measurement Engineering Australia, model MEA2173. The following comment was recorded regarding this deployment - 'Water Temperature from the MEA Thermistor mounted directly under Sensor-Float 2 at Lizard Island: MEA2173 SDI-12 Smart Temperature Sensor 558 measuring Water Temperature in units degrees celcius'.\n\nInstrumentation was deployed for measuring Water Temperature at 0.6m  from 29 Feb 2012 through to 28 Feb 2017, and the installation was located at/on Lizard Island Sensor Float 2 Latitude:-14.694067 - Longitude:145.45705. Sensor deployed was a MEA2173 SDI-12 Smart Temperature Sensor manufactured by Measurement Engineering Australia, model MEA2173.
