This constitutes about 10 per cent of the\ngovernment\u2019s revenue from electronic gaming machines. The majority of gaming\nrevenue is directed to other purposes, such as supporting hospitals and\ncharities in the health sector.  \nEach financial year, $45 million from this revenue is provided to the\nVictorian Government\u2019s drug strategy, as outlined in the legislation.  \nThe legislation also provides for the payment of one day\u2019s revenue from the\nCommunity Support Fund to the Victorian Veterans Fund on 1 September each\nyear.  \nThe Victorian Government then allocates the remaining funding to a range of\nportfolio departments.
