Digital boundaries of the 2011 Local Government Areas from the Australian Standard Geographical Classification (ASGC).
The digital boundaries are supplied in MapInfo Interchange Format and ESRI Shapefile Format. They are based upon the Geocentric Datum of Australia (GDA) 1994.
Note: This does not incorporate Western Australian Local Government Area amalgamations which came into effect on July 1, 2001. Contact the Department of Local Government for more information.
