Description: ConvictRecords.com.au allows complete access to the British Convict Transportation Register, including the ability to search by convict firstname, surname, year of departure and ship name.

Several optimisations have been made to the original convict database, including extracting the sentence term, convicted at location, as well as fixing rows with errors and removing unecessary whitespace.

Various interesting convict facts have been determined based on the database and each convict has a “sentence severity” rating based on their sentence length vs other convicts.
